This 90 minute retreat will seamlessly combine ball work (self deep tissue massage) with the best of gentle movement and Restorative Yoga.  Quiet. Calm. Welcome these conditions back into the body.

Heather's approach to yoga is one of therapy and personal healing. This focus arises from an injury she suffered early in her yogic journey that the proper practice of yoga was able to undo. Furthermore, she is motivated in her teaching by her personal practice, which seeks to undo the stresses and tensions that arise from having a physical job and a household with two teenagers. Her classes seek to help her students go inward into their tension and stress and thereby face it and undo it in a down-to-earth, pragmatic, and attainable way that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Her practice is inspired greatly by the works of
Jill Miller & Paul Grilley
