Yin Yoga: Experience a deeper level of connection to the body in this concentrated practice.
Holding the poses longer allows teacher and student to work deeply into areas that are not accessed every day, offering new insights and understanding into habitual holdings and postural habits. Dive deep and clear the body of tension and resistance, and infuse yourself with calm. Yin is calming, meditative, nurturing but also a challenging practice.

Restorative: This gentle, inspiring class will guide you through a series of restorative poses, which are deeply relaxing and designed to reduce stress, tension and fatigue. Props are used to support and comfort the body, open the chest, gently stretch the hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses. These subtle, yet profound poses have a lasting effects on the body & mind. By slowing down and taking time to relax and let go of tension the body and mind begin to come into sync.

Back Care: Focus is on strengthening your core muscles, breath awareness, flowing movement, stretching and relaxation.
